For Taiwan it also covers the government procurement blacklist (~1,849 current entries), environmental penalties and labor violations (auto-matched by tax ID or company name), government tenders, and representative-relationship lookups, plus all 7,628 licensed preschools (Childcare DD) and property environment/geology layers. All public data, with official sources, zero personal data.
How do I judge whether a company is reliable? First check registration status (operating/dissolved), paid-in capital ratio, age and last-change date; then use the must-check list for court judgments, the procurement blacklist, environmental/labor penalties and employee reviews. Passing registry checks ≠ a good vendor — soft risks such as the owner's character aren't in public data and must be verified yourself.
Is this data legal to use? Yes. It all comes from the government's public "legal-entity" registry and penalty records — no individual criminal records, no credit scoring, no aggregation of natural-person profiles.
Can I look up individuals? No. This site only searches public data on companies (legal entities) and property-environment background.
Is it free? Completely free.
Can I still search if an official API is down? Companies you've already searched are saved to the site's backup cache; if an official source is temporarily unreachable it falls back to the cache (with the data date shown).
